The Clinic Director, Community Legal Aid (CLA), at the University of Windsor, leads the CLA's strategic initiatives and supervises staff and students. This role aligns legal services with Windsor Law's access to justice mandate and oversees client files, training, and law reform projects.
You will build collaborations with faculty, funders, and community partners, shape strategic and risk plans, and supervise HR functions while promoting an inclusive, high-performance workplace.
