Skills in Yardi Breeze and strong communication are vital for success in overseeing property management and compliance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily property management and administration functions
• Oversee tenant inquiries and maintain communication




• Ensure financial accuracy within Yardi Breeze
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Manage lease applications and strategic team meetings

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Yardi Breeze Premier
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle access
