As a Rentals Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing daily operations across both rental shops. Your leadership will guide a team of about 25-30 staff, ensuring they meet high standards in service and support. Handling cash, inventory control, and maintaining equipment will be key aspects of your responsibilities as you work efficiently to fulfill guest equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and supervise Rentals and Tech Shop staff
• Handle guest equipment needs and returns
• Conduct morning meetings with team members




• Control and maintain all rental inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of rental shops

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in rental operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Competence in cash handling and inventory management
• Hands-on ski tuning and repair experience required
• Certifications in ski binding repair and adjustment
