Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational processes related to RTR system performance
• Conduct audits and support annual Business Continuity Management exercises




• Oversee Fraud Operations as required in approved models
• Execute Financial Institution Number Lookup activities on schedule
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective service delivery

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in payment systems operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proven analytical and report writing skills
• Experience with complex systems in financial industry
• Ability to maintain effective stakeholder relationships
