Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documents
• Advise on real estate matters on First Nations lands
• Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and bylaw drafts
• Manage client communications and project timelines
Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in commercial or corporate law
• Solid drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate transactions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Admitted to the Bar in British Columbia
