Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Risk Management programs
• Translate risk compliance needs into actionable specifications
• Support eGRC platform implementation and enhancements
• Liaise with onshore technology and offshore delivery teams
• Prepare documentation including process flows and gap analyses
Requirements:
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Risk Management
• Hands-on knowledge of eGRC tools
• Solid understanding of Financial Risk concepts
• Prior experience in Banking/Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles
