Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one therapy in various settings

• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and other specialists
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and care

Requirements:
• Valid Physical Therapy license in applicable states
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic EMR and computer skills
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to exert medium physical effort and perform CPR
