Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct staff training on Army Warfighting Functions
• Review and process training requests per Commander's intent
• Ensure alignment with strategic training plans




• Inform staff of any changes to approved events
• Integrate contractor resources during training events

Requirements:
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree and CGSC / ILE completion
• Experience as a Battalion level or higher Sergeants Major
• Brigade or Division-level staff NCOIC experience preferred
• Knowledge of military doctrine and training methodologies
