highlighting risks and opportunitiesAssist the VP Finance and CFO with M&A; activities, including due diligence, target assessment, and integrationsCoach and develop members of the accounting team through collaboration and effective feedbackLead the financial maintenance of NetSuite and ensure financial data integrityIdentify and implement process efficiencies and improvements on an ongoing basis, including utilizing AI toolsManage all regulatory and TSX filingsOwn the cash flow management process, including cash flow forecasts, payment cycles, debt payments, and reportingQualifications:CPA designation is requiredMust have public accounting experience with a few years of industry experience, demonstrating an understanding of industry flowExperience working through purchase price allocation or being on a team that did acquisitions is helpfulProficiency with NetSuite is a significant advantagePrevious exposure as an Assistant Controller, Senior Financial Analyst, or Senior Accountant with responsibilities managing the entire accounting functionThis posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
