Role Description The Clinical Nurse is a full-time, in office role based in Toronto, ON. This role delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within an integrative health and aesthetic medicine setting, including health assessments, treatment administration, and ongoing care coordination. Daily responsibilities include preparing and assisting with medical and aesthetic procedures, monitoring patient responses, documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards, and supporting personalized health programs such as hormone optimization, weight management, and lifestyle interventions. The Clinical Nurse collaborates closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, educates patients on treatment plans, medications, and self-care, and promotes a safe, welcoming, and confidential clinical environment.
The role also involves maintaining clinical supplies and equipment, adhering to infection prevention and safety protocols, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Active nursing license (RN or NP) in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario; post-secondary nursing education (BScN or equivalent preferred).
Clinical experiejve of at least five years with expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and therapeutic interventions within womens health, longevity regenerative care, integrative medicine, or related clinical settings.
Experience or strong interest in women’s health, preventative medicine, hormone optimization, medically supervised weight management, and lifestyle-based care.
Skills in supporting aesthetic and non-surgical procedures, including patient preparation, post-procedure care, and familiarity with medical-grade skincare.
Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills to educate patients, build trust, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental care, maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Proficiency with electronic medical records, clinical documentation, and basic computer applications; strong organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and staying current with developments in integrative health and aesthetic medicine.
