Rightsline is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst for its expanding FP&A; team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, influencing resource allocation and investment decisions while interpreting financial data effectively. Engage with both the Executive team and Hg Capital’s deal team to deliver actionable insights that advance the company's objectives and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial insights and tactical recommendations for resource allocation
• Build accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate goals
• Deliver analysis of financial results and key performance metrics
• Improve FP&A; processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams for data consistency
Requirements:
• Degree in finance or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
• 4-6 years of FP&A; or finance experience, ideally in SaaS
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AI tools and Microsoft Excel for model building
