What you must have Valid Registered Professional Engineer seal in BC and Alberta
Currently residing in the lower mainland
Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
Experience with wood-frame construction and residential projects
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
What you’ll bring to the team Perform structural analysis and design for residential, light commercial, and agricultural projects
Prepare structural reports, calculations, drawings, and technical documents
Review, seal, and issue engineering documents for new projects




Collaborate with technical staff, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Provide construction support, site reviews, and attend occasional site meetings
Contribute to a variety of building and component designs, including: Engineered wood systems
Trusses and beams
Greenhouses
Awnings
Overhead doors and gates
Home renovations
Residential and commercial properties

What we’re looking for A good standing P. Eng with a valid BC and Alberta Seal (required)
Minimum 6+ years of structural engineering experience
Experience with residential single-family homes
Knowledge of wood, steel, and concrete design
Proficiency with the BC and Alberta Building Code
Experience with AutoCAD (preferred)
Experience with WoodWorks software (preferred)
Valid BC Driver’s License
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
