In this full-time position, you will design, develop, and deliver high-performing digital products for Forgeahead's diverse clients. As a Technical Lead, you will evaluate client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and oversee the software architecture using Forgeahead's unique processes. This role requires expertise in both relational and non-relational database technologies as well as cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as technical lead for the Canadian engineering team
• Collaborate on product testing and bug identification




• Design and implement scalable software architectures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of proprietary solutions
• Ensure client compliance with Forgeahead’s standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as a technical lead
• Proficient in MySQL, MongoDB, and Docker
• Robust knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Python
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
