The Strategy Lead in Research will significantly contribute to advancing Unity Health Toronto's strategic priorities for the 2026-2029 Research Strategic Plan. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, research staff, and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure effective implementation and evaluation of institutional initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor the Research Strategic Plan
• Conduct environmental scans and analyze data for strategic recommendations




• Manage complex institutional research initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years in strategy, planning, or research administration
• Experience in academic or healthcare research
