As a critical driver of improvement initiatives, you will collaborate with product development, engineering, operational teams, and support functions to navigate complex projects towards completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives for the mill
• Use business judgment to transform strategic vision into projects
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for project studies
• Lead cross-functional teams from onset through implementation
• Communicate progress to senior leadership, aligning with priorities
Requirements:
• Engineering degree and P. Eng certification required
• Minimum of 10 years in construction or project management
• Proven project management skills with accountability
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
