Manulife is seeking an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage cross-functional agile initiatives. This role involves partnering with business and technology leaders, guiding teams towards high-quality delivery, and fostering collaboration. Your expertise will drive predictable outcomes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and delivery across multiple agile teams
• Maintain program roadmaps and risk management plans
• Coordinate application releases with executive-level status updates




• Coach Scrum Masters and Project Managers for team success
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and programs

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe
• Proven experience managing multi-team dependencies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial or regulated industries preferred
