The City of Burlington is seeking a skilled Business Lead, Finance for a full time role focused on enterprise resource planning. You will ensure the ongoing optimization of the Finance-related processes, providing expertise in data integrity and operational efficiency. Collaborating with various departments, you will drive continuous improvements and strategic guidance to enhance overall financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the ERP system subject matter expert for Finance
• Manage daily finance operations, including troubleshooting and enhancements
• Maintain and oversee financial data standards and governance




• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial data
• Analyze business requirements and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA designation preferred; MBA is an asset
• Minimum of two years’ experience in financial systems
• Experience with Workday Financials or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
