Key Responsibilities:
• Compile operational and financial data for reporting
• Assist in preparing annual budgets for accuracy
• Analyze expense forecasts and recommend cost improvements




• Develop financial analysis tools and draft control reports
• Collaborate on projects with the Financial Performance group

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of financial reporting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is an asset
