You will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing resources effectively, and ensuring service levels exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop capacity planning strategies across national hubs
• Identify process improvements and enhance productivity
• Mentor and manage performance of the hybrid team
• Oversee the operational budget and resource utilization
• Establish Key Performance Indicators and prepare reports
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of progressive management experience
• 10 years in the MGA or insurance industry
• University degree or relevant professional designation preferred
• Robust analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English for communication across Canada
