Fraser Health requires a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse committed to holistic care. You will coordinate and provide treatment services while assessing and developing personalized care plans based on client needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care with interprofessional health teams
• Conduct mental health assessments and formulate care plans




• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Document and monitor client progress and care plans

Requirements:
• Graduation from approved nursing program
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Knowledge of mental health and substance use treatments
