This full time role requires a seasoned leader with over 10 years in manufacturing or 15 years in precision manufacturing leadership. Key skills include capacity planning, cross-functional team management, and a strong understanding of machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee production, scheduling, and operational strategy
• Manage capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams




• Drive Lean methodologies including Kaizen and 5S
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• 10+ years in Operations, ideally in manufacturing
