In this hands-on role, you will build the marketing engine for Operto’s STAR business while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success. Your focus will be on executing marketing programs across email, web, and events, tying them to customer engagement and growth. Success is defined by your ability to transform campaigns into a qualified pipeline and to continuously analyze data for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
• Develop nurture programs for automated customer journeys
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance and conversion rates




• Support event execution including promotion and follow-up
• Create engaging customer newsletters and product updates

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in demand generation or B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing tools
• Solid copywriting skills for campaigns and messaging
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and reporting
• Ability to create high-conversion assets in Canva
