Vireo Video in Vancouver is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant and Operations Support to help keep the engine running behind the scenes. You’ll support the Director of Operations and CEO, manage schedules, logistics, onboarding, and documentation while helping the team stay organized as we grow.
This role blends admin, sales support, and process improvement, with hands-on use of tools like Google Drive, Trello, Harvest, and HubSpot. Hybrid work in a dog-friendly office space in Gastown.
