The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
The team is structured to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, supporting one another and learning collectively.

Your Challenges: Demonstrate leadership while respecting the company's vision and values;
Be able to work under pressure and leverage your team to meet strict deadlines;
Manage your team's performance using key performance indicators (KPIs);
Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees;
Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the application of the problem-solving process;
Coach your team (15 to 25 employees) to develop their talents within the organization;
Identify, document, and standardize key processes driving the achievement of objectives;
Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization.
Your boarding pass: Minimum two (2) years in management experience in a unionized environment, ideally within the manufacturing or aerospace industry;
Experience in managing building and equipment maintenance activities;
Excellent management skills;
You demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and high flexibility, with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and possess a strong sense of urgency;
Excellent communication skills;
Valuable understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement;
Proficiency in both French and English.
