Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in retail or pharmacy management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
Strong customer service orientation, including skills in communication, problem-solving,



and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in basic business operations such as scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and standard office software; ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Knowledge of health and safety practices, and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare retail setting and proficiency in English and French are considered assets.
