Senior Allocation Analyst at Mejuri. About the role Mejuri is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Merchandising team and serve as the primary engine for retail allocation. You will transform store-level performance metrics into strategic replenishment decisions to optimize inventory across a growing global fleet.

What you'll do
- Analyze store-level performance, including sell-through, rate of sale, weeks of supply, and productivity across all price points and categories.
- Manage store clusters and tiers, performing seasonal resets based on capacity and customer profiles.
- Build models for assortment productivity to inform Merchandising decisions and set depth targets.
- Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues and lost sales by quantifying demand-transfer impacts.
- Execute initial product allocations for new launches and store openings while managing lifecycle transitions and clearance.
- Balance inventory across all channels, including web, retail, and concessions, to support fulfillment needs like ship-from-store.
- Maintain master data integrity and develop scalable reporting tools to improve allocation processes.
- Present performance insights and inventory recommendations to leadership to guide cross-functional planning.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in merchandise planning, retail allocation, or inventory analysis within a multi-door retail environment.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni.
- Deep understanding of inventory metrics including in-stock percentage, inventory turn, and rate of sale.
- Ability to maintain system parameters and master data files.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to present data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders.

- Experience in the jewelry, fashion, or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted modeling and analytics tools.
