Empire Homes is seeking a Director, Estimating to join the High-Rise Division. With over 10 years of estimating experience in high-rise construction, you'll manage all budget and estimating activities throughout project lifecycles. Robust communication skills and proficiency in tools like SharePoint and Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-level construction budgets and schedules
• Update estimating cost databases to reflect market conditions
• Distribute monthly construction schedules and labour controls




• Conduct budget reviews with construction and development teams
• Continually improve Job Cost Excel programs

Requirements:
• 10+ years in estimating/quantity surveying
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• PQS designation considered an asset
