This full time role within the Senior Leadership Team demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in fundraising and community impact. You will guide a dedicated team, developing integrated strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on major gifts, grants, and corporate partnerships. Your efforts will ensure sustainable revenue growth, supporting Carpenter Hospice's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational performance
• Develop and implement Community Impact and Engagement strategies
• Lead diverse fundraising initiatives with annual revenue targets
• Cultivate relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners
• Monitor fundraising performance and key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 8-10 years of leadership experience in fundraising
• Proven success in securing major gifts
• Experience with Boards and community leaders
• Asset: CFRE designation
