About the Organization Lake Shore Gold, a subsidiary of Pan American Silver, is located in Timmins, Ontario. The Timmins West mine is located approximately 18 kilometers west of Timmins, Ontario, one of the world's most prolific gold camps. Mineralization is associated with the Porcupine-Destor fault system within the Abitibi greenstone belt. The Timmins West mine is comprised of the Timmins deposit, the Thunder Creek deposit, and the 144 Gap deposit. All three deposits are interconnected by underground drifts.

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Timmins West Mine team in Timmins, ON , on a full-time basis . The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day.
Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy . The successful candidate may begin as soon as possible.
Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions within the warehouse including supervising the warehouse clerk and working closely with all other departments on site to ensure the warehouse is meeting their day-to-day requirements in accordance with Company expectations.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, the Warehouse Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
Supervising warehouse clerks and ensuring that they are completing all their day-to-day tasks
Inventory control activities including but not limited to cycle counts; inventory orders; managing min/max levels
Expediting Orders
Creating Pos for inventory and repairs
Clerical duties including filing
Maintain organization and housekeeping




Maintain communications with other departments

The following will be critical to successfully performing this role:
Previous warehousing/purchasing experience
Knowledge of inventory management, mine materials, equipment, and maintenance parts is essential
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and resourceful
Ability to work on multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
previous ERP Software Experience (knowledge of Oracle would be an asset)
Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel)
Be committed to safety
