JOBSUMMARY
TheLearning&OrganizationalDevelopmentSpecialistwillfocusonorganizationalculturetransformationandchangemanagement;,supportingorganizationeffectivenessemployeelearning,andchangeadoptionforabroadrangeofclientsacrosstheorganizationtosupporttheirgoalsandobjectives.Theprimaryfocusisleadingtheorganizationaldevelopment,andchangemanagementinitiativesthatalignwithstrategicpriorities,Corporatevalues,andtheneedsofdiversestakeholders.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Applyrecognizedchangemanagementmethodologiesandtoolstohelpemployees,leaders,andteamsunderstand,preparefor,adopt,andsustainchangestoprograms,services,processes,systems,structures,andwaysofworking.

Leadandsupportchangemanagementactivitiesforcorporate,departmental,andcross-functionalinitiatives,includingchangeimpactassessments,stakeholderanalysis,readinessplanning,communications,training,adoptionsupport,andreinforcementstrategies.

Developandimplementlearningandorganizationaldevelopmentstrategiesthatsupportcorporatepriorities,workforcecapability,leadershipeffectiveness,serviceexcellence,employeeengagement,equity,accessibility,inclusion,andcontinuousimprovement

REQUIREDSKILLS&COMPETENCIES;

Post-secondarydegreeinafieldrelatedtoChangeManagement,OrganizationalDevelopment,HumanResourcesand/oror5-7plusyears’equivalentworkexperience.

MinimumLeanSixSigmaGreenBeltorhighercertification

Excellentknowledgeofchangemanagementandorganizationaldesignpractices.

Experiencesupportingcorporatewidetransformationinitiativesincludingconsulting,developing,managing,andadvisingwithclientsandseniormanagement.
