You will work with senior leaders, joint venture partners, consultants, and clients to identify opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and ensure accurate, competitive estimates.
The role requires directing the estimating team, developing bid plans, and mentoring staff to enable delivery of successful, compliant proposals and sustained business growth.
