Bruce County is seeking a dedicated Full Time Scheduler to oversee shift planning in Long Term Care and Senior Services. Contribute to quality resident care while managing schedules and payroll processes effectively.
In this role, reporting to the Scheduling Supervisor, you will manage shifts for the Long-Term Care and Senior Services Department. Your responsibilities will include development and ongoing monitoring of work schedules, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission. We are looking for someone who brings at least three years of office experience and is familiar with scheduling software, ideally in a unionized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shift planning and personnel schedules for the department
• Ensure compliance with payroll processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain accurate work schedules
• Collaborate with the Long-Term Care team to ensure resident safety
• Provide reporting and analysis on scheduling trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year post-secondary diploma in office administration
• Three years of varied office experience
• Familiarity with Avanti scheduling processes an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class G Driver’s License required
