As part of CC&L;'s Performance and Attribution Solutions Team, you'll contribute as an Analyst or Senior Analyst. This role emphasizes collaboration with portfolio managers and enhancing investment processes through insightful analytics. The position offers challenges and opportunities in both public and private asset classes while maintaining an entrepreneurial culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform investment performance calculations and attribution analysis
• Support sales and marketing data requests
• Propose methodologies for performance measurement




• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and analytics solutions

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in business or mathematics
• 1 to 5+ years of investment management experience
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
• Enrollment in CFA or CIPM program is preferred
