Dixon Hall seeks a Full-Time Employment Advisor to empower clients from intake to job retention. Support job searches, placements, and tailored service plans to meet client career goals.

In this long-term contract position, you'll assist clients in achieving sustainable employment. You'll manage caseloads, develop personalized service plans, and perform assessments using relevant tools. Your role is vital in guiding clients and ensuring they receive the support needed to succeed in their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Integrated Employment Services client caseloads
• Create Employment Action Plans for sustainable employment
• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients’ skills and experiences




• Monitor client retention and provide ongoing support
• Organize workshops and job fairs for client engagement

Requirements:
• Post secondary degree/diploma in Career Counselling
• 3-5 years experience in job coaching or employment assistance
• Knowledge of Employment Standards and community resources
• Robust interpersonal and coaching skills
• Fluency in a second language is an asset
