The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $70,600 - $92.600. The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual who has technical aptitude in automotive to support our Product Quality & Service Support team. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager of Field Technical Support and Services.
The selected candidate will provide technical expertise, coordination of quality investigations and exchange of information for reporting.

What You’ll be Doing:
Perform mechanical maintenance and services on Lexus and Toyota models
Perform mechanical repairs on Lexus and Toyota models (at HQ or Vehicle Yard)
Support product quality investigations (for Product Quality Group)
Support Accessories Department with product development and testing
Maintain Toyota Canada QA Service Shop cleanliness, organization and safety standards per Toyota Service Management/Lexus Service Management (TSM/LSM)
Complete Toyota Canada QA Service Shop Administrative work and other duties
Travel may be required for some of these duties listed above
What You’ll Bring:




Automotive Service Technician Certificate or enrollment in the apprenticeship program
2-5 years of related experience, Toyota/Lexus technician experience preferred
High attention to detail, enthusiasm to learn and passion for the automotive industry
Critical thinking and technical investigation and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (MS Office, Excel, Word)
