Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical training program development across Canadian Nitrogen sites
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training priorities
• Mentor the Canadian Nitrogen training team




• Ensure training materials comply with regulations and corporate guidelines
• Manage the apprenticeship training program and budget

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in adult education preferred
• 10+ years industrial experience with 3+ years supervisory
• Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in communication and Microsoft Suite
• Experience with LMS and computer-based training programs
