Reporting to the Director of Development, you will manage a major gifts portfolio while cultivating relationships with passionate donors. With at least four years of experience in donor management, you will create impactful strategies for fundraising. Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage major gift donor portfolio and interactions
• Identify new prospects using research and volunteer networks
• Strengthen donor relationships to enhance gift contributions




• Pursue corporate sponsorship and foundation opportunities
• Prepare donor proposals and campaign materials for success

Requirements:
• University degree in fundraising or related field
• Minimum four years in major gift relationship management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with donor databases; Tessitura is an asset
• Willingness to work flexible hours for events
