In this position, you will focus on supporting the Voices of the Land digital platform while promoting user-friendly access to resources throughout Alberta. Your role involves training sessions with Indigenous communities, where you will help participants showcase their histories and narratives effectively. A solid background in digital media and Indigenous cultures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer operations of the Voices of the Land platform
• Organize training workshops for community storytellers
• Facilitate access to digital resources and support
• Assist in the digitization of Indigenous content
• Collaborate with local leaders and community members
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in related field required
• Minimum of three years' experience in digital content management
• Understanding of Indigenous cultural protocols
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
