Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in business analysis and technology transformation. You will be instrumental in business process analysis, tool migrations, and stakeholder engagement to streamline migration efforts. This hybrid role requires hands-on experience with Agile delivery, user stories, and UAT planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workshops with teams to evaluate workflows
• Document and analyze current-state and future-state processes
• Identify gaps in Azure DevOps and Jira practices
• Support migration initiatives into Jira
• Coordinate UAT activities to validate workflows
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Business Analysis across major migration programs
• Experience with platform and tool migrations
• Proficiency in process mapping and stakeholder interviews
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
