In this essential role, the Supervisor will report to the Superintendent of Mucking & Construction, driving production and construction goals within a North American Precious Metals Company. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance effectively
• Supervise production and construction activities to meet targets




• Coach employees and identify training needs for improvement
• Review reports to optimize planning and activities
• Recommend changes to enhance productivity and equipment performance

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent is an asset
• Supervisory Common Core certification required
• Full Underground Common Core certification required
• 5+ years of mining experience required
• Prior supervisory experience is a valuable asset
