Elevate your accounting career with Osgoode Properties as a Property Accountant. You'll manage the financial operations for multi-unit residential properties in this full-time role.

Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, this position requires a detail-oriented professional experienced in residential property management. You will perform full-cycle accounting tasks such as financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and monthly reconciliations. Strong organizational skills and analytical ability are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations for assigned properties
• Prepare and analyze monthly cash flows and financial statements
• Assist property management with annual property budget preparation




• Review tenant accounts and support collection efforts
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software
• Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
