Key Responsibilities:
• Care for critically ill patients including cardiac and surgical cases
• Monitor patient status using hemodynamic methods
• Collaborate with team members for effective care planning




• Document information efficiently in computerized systems
• Participate in quality improvement projects as needed

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient problem-solving and organizational abilities
