Job Description What is the opportunity? This is an opportunity to join the Global Procurement & Supplier Management Product & Data Team, where you will work alongside experienced data, reporting and insights professionals while supporting the organization’s evolving data and reporting needs.
What will you do? Support the execution, monitoring and maintenance of scheduled ETL processes and data workflows, including investigating data or process issues.
Extract, transform, validate and reconcile data from multiple source systems to support accurate and reliable reporting.
Produce recurring and ad hoc data extracts, reports and analytical outputs based on business requirements.
Develop, enhance and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Excel.
Collaborate with business partners, analysts and data engineers to understand requirements, automate manual processes and improve data and reporting solutions.
What do you need to succeed? Must have: Foundational experience or education in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, computer science, information systems or a related field.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and foundational knowledge of SQL to organize, analyze, validate and retrieve data.
Exposure to a programming language such as Python, Java or C#
Exposure to a business intelligence or data-visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or a similar platform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Nice-to-have: Up to three years of experience in data analytics, reporting, data operations, business analysis, or a related area.
Hands on experience with Python or another scripting language used for data analysis, automation, or data processing.
Familiarity with ETL processes, relational databases, data warehouses, or scheduled data workflows.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, data extracts, or automated reporting solutions using large datasets.
