As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will report to the Regional General Manager: Operations & Strategic Projects. Your focus will be on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks that ensure the reliability and safety of equipment, while minimizing downtime. Solid collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for maintaining exceptional guest experiences and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance across properties
• Manage and prioritize maintenance work order schedules
• Perform general building repairs,



including plumbing and electrical work
• Assist in landscaping and seasonal property upkeep
• Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Requirements:
• Minimum three years experience in commercial maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Available for on-call emergency situations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
