As Executive Director, you will represent URBA and advocate for its 220+ member businesses in the Rutland area. This remote leadership role, reporting to the Board, requires a passion for driving economic prosperity and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will manage a team of four while embodying the vision of a clean, safe, and energetic business community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for members and represent URBA’s interests
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business growth
• Lead a small team focused on strategic initiatives




• Manage funding processes, events, and community engagement
• Maintain regular in-person presence in Rutland community

Requirements:
• Over five years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven skills in organizational development and revenue generation
• Robust interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of Rutland community is an asset
• Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
