Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a SeniorAgentic RAG /Graph RAG -AI Consultant. This position involves leading the development and deployment of advanced AI systems designed for autonomous reasoning, multi-agent collaboration, and intelligent workflow automation within regulated Wealth Management environments.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $58.54
Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-level Agentic AI and RAG architectures to support complex wealth management workflows
Build AI agents capable of orchestrating retrieval, reasoning, and execution of actions within regulated environments
Develop multi-agent workflows that incorporate retrieval, analysis, validation, and compliance checks
Integrate tools, APIs, graph queries, and enterprise data systems into AI agent workflows for seamless operation
Implement memory management and state retention strategies across AI processes
Create guardrails, approval workflows, and governance controls to ensure compliance and operational integrity
Support scalable deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI services and orchestration frameworks
Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, product teams, and platform specialists to optimize system performance and reliability
Enhance AI reasoning, explainability, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement
Desired Skill-Set Proven experience designing and building Agentic AI or RAG systems in enterprise environments
Hands-on expertise with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel
Robust understanding of RAG architecture,



multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise AI patterns
Proficiency in Python programming and AI development best practices
Experience integrating APIs, search systems, graph databases, and enterprise tools into AI workflows
Knowledge of AI governance principles, guardrails, and explainability techniques
Familiarity with deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, with a focus on scalability and security
Nice to Have Experience in wealth management or financial services industries
Working knowledge of regulated enterprise AI environments and compliance requirements
Experience with Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, or graph database integrations
Understanding of auditability, risk management, and human-in-the-loop AI workflows
Exposure to MCP ecosystems, evaluation frameworks for AI agents, or enterprise-grade GenAI deployment at scale
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, vector databases, or advanced retrieval systems
