This full-time, temporary position focuses on strategically guiding benefit design while ensuring compliance with emerging health needs. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, evaluate assistive technologies, and adjudicate complex requests, playing a vital role in supporting over 120,000 Albertans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead policy development for assistive device benefits
• Update eligibility criteria and benefit limits
• Assess vendor performance and enhance product lists
• Manage authorization requests for prosthetics
• Build relationships with health providers and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree related to the position and four years’ experience
• Registration with the appropriate qualified college
• Extensive experience in rehabilitation medicine
• Knowledge of chronic diseases and assistive devices
• Proven skills in contract management and procurement

Utilize your clinical expertise to enhance the AADL program and services for Albertans in need.
