As a crucial team member at PreCon, you will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, IT, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting. This position emphasizes robust organizational skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments, thus enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute weekly labor reports for operations
• Manage hardware work orders from setup to closure
• Enhance Maintenance App features and processes
• Support business systems and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate on system improvements with the IT team
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Information Systems
• 2+ years in manufacturing analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
