Humber River Health is currently seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in the 8 East Respirology Unit. You will provide care to patients with complex respiratory conditions while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This role demands excellent organizational skills and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized care for ventilated and acutely ill patients
• Work with Respiratory Therapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes




• Manage medication administration and complex wound care
• Conduct patient education for health management
• Follow outlined RPN responsibilities and departmental protocols

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized RPN diploma program
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification
• At least one year of acute medical nursing experience
• Basic Meditech experience and solid computer skills
