Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks a proactive Field Service Coordinator to enhance customer experience and streamline service operations. In this role, you will engage closely with field service technicians, customers, and sales teams. You will process orders, handle warranty claims, and maintain effective communication to solve equipment-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer field service calls and manage processing orders
• Assist customers with solutions for equipment-related problems




• Schedule and organize field site visits for service purposes
• Process warranty claims and facilitate customer follow-ups
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in a service or customer service environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Solid verbal and written English communication skills
• HVAC experience is an asset
